25 May: The Cherry Creek farm market was a success and skillets are back in stock online! I opened orders for round griddles which will be ready to ship in about 2 weeks. Folding handle skillets are almost ready - I need to correct the bends I made in the handles before the first batch is out. 12 inch pans will be ready in a couple months. We're also cutting the chuck for an 11 inch rounded style skillet. Thanks everyone!
