This is our No. 10 bottle opener skillet. Designed for use at home or in the field, it has a 9.8 inch diameter at the rim, 7.5 inch cooking surface, 10 inch handle, and 14 gauge body (2.8lbs total weight). The No 10 is perfect as an all-around pan cooking for one to three people. It's heavy enough for great heat distribution but light enough for easy, everyday use.
