The Pancake Machine

This is what my son makes monster pancakes on! I like to have a skillet and a flat griddle for my cooking setup, whether at home or camp. The flat griddles are great for pancakes and tortillas, especially easy to get a spatula under and flip whatever you are cooking. This sits on my home stove all the time, next to my skillet.  It is a very simple, but effective and fun piece of cookware.  

It is a straightforward design with an ergonomic handle in 10 gauge thickness (2.58mm). This thickness gives great heat distribution and retention for cooking pancakes, tortillas, and crepes. We give these griddles a micro-texture (to aid in seasoning adhesion) and season them with one layer of grape seed oil.

This is one of our most fun products to cook on! Total freedom with no edges to block your spatula. Try tortillas, pancakes, and fried eggs - and, if you're brave, smash-burgers with 90/10 beef. This griddle also doubles as a flat lid for the No-10 skillet.
