Our minimalist griddle is a straightforward design with an ergonomic handle in 10 gauge thickness (2.58mm). This thickness gives great heat distribution and retention for cooking pancakes, tortillas, and crepes. We give these griddles a micro-texture (to aid in seasoning adhesion) and season them with one layer of grape seed oil.
This is one of our most fun products to cook on! Total freedom with no edges to block your spatula. Try tortillas, pancakes, and fried eggs - and, if you're brave, smash-burgers with 90/10 beef. This griddle also doubles as a flat lid for the No-10 skillet.
